The Quantum Storage Systems WR74-2442C starter kit is designed to make assembling a modular four-tier wire shelving unit easy and efficient. It includes four wire shelves, four posts, and split sleeves for sturdy support. The open wire design not only allows for visibility of contents but also promotes air circulation in the work environment, preventing dust buildup.
Constructed from chrome-finished carbon steel, the shelves and posts are built to last with strength and durability in mind. The shelves can be adjusted in 1" increments to accommodate items of varying heights, and are reinforced with wire trusses and struts for added strength. The posts are grooved at 1" intervals to assist in the installation of shelves at desired heights, and come with adjustable levelers for stability on uneven surfaces.
The split sleeves on the posts securely hold and support the shelves, making assembly a breeze. This starter kit has been manufactured to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for use in food handling and processing, specifically for dry storage.
When fully assembled, the shelving unit measures 74" x 42" x 24" inches (H x W x D) and has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. per shelf when evenly distributed. Assembly instructions are included, and no tools are required for set up.
